With the Professional Holiday, Dear Colleagues! December 27 –Rescuer’s Day of Russian Federation

Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin addressed to colleagues with congratulations.

By Order of President of Russian Federation, December 27 was announced Rescuer’s Day of Russia. That day in 1990, for operations in extreme conditions during emergency occurrence Russian Rescuers’ Corps was established. It became a basis for creation and development of State Commission for Emergencies, and further EMERCOM of Russia. Moreover, in 2015, Ministry for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan celebrated 20th anniversary.
