Representatives of the Kazan municipal authorities, as well as city emergency and emergency services, started their working day today with an emergency message to their mobile phone about putting No. 1 on alert. On the territory of Kazan, as well as throughout the country, a training session was held on the deployment of civil defense forces and means with the participation of Federal and Republican Executive authorities and local self-government bodies. In the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, about a dozen and a half different facilities were involved in the training.

On October 2, Russian emergencies Minister Yevgeny Zinichev launched the all-Russian civil defense staff training together with Executive authorities at all levels.

Accidents on October 1:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 44 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 16 fires: The causes of fires were: violation of the rules for the device and operation of electrical equipment – 4 fires, violation of the rules for the device and operation of furnaces – 2 fires, careless handling of fire – 10 fires.

On the basis of the Naberezhnye Chelny search and rescue team – a branch of the Volga regional search and rescue team of the EMERCOM of Russia in the village Novy, the training camp and certification tests of search and rescue dog teams of the Russian Ministry of emergency situations are now being completed.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 45 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 13 fires: residential sector - 6 fires, unused buildings – 1 fire, other objects - 6 fires.

At 17.34 on September 30, a report was received about a fire in an apartment in Naberezhnye Chelny, HPP village, 7/2. The apartment was occupied by a woman born in 1941. The survey found that the woman put her cell phone on charge and put the phone on the sofa, then lay down on the sofa and fell asleep. Then she woke up to the loud beep of a fire alarm and saw the sofa burning. Due to her age, the woman could difficult move.

Today, Kazan Federal University held planned, fire-tactical exercises for the safe evacuation of people from the main building. According to the scenario of the exercise, the "fire center" was located in one of the rooms in the basement of the main building. After the fire alarm, students and employees of KFU were evacuated, and the fire Department arrived.

As part of the all-Russian civil defense training on October 2, 2020, the Republic of Tatarstan will host exercises on the topic "Organization of civil defense activities on the territory of the Russian Federation". As part of the staff training, practical events are planned with the involvement of state authorities, local self-government bodies and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 47 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector - 1 fire, vehicle – 1 fire, other objects - 3 fires.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the EMERCOM of Russia, employees of the 8th fire and rescue squad planted 30 Apple trees on one of the Central streets of Zelenodolsk. "Green action" was organized on the Capital street.
