In Kazan, May 1 in honor of 365 anniversary of the fire protection was a large-scale urban holiday . By the results of 2013 General Directorate of Emergency of Russia RT recognized as the best of 82 territorial bodies the Russian Emergencies Ministry . And today their achievements Kazan fire showed in the practice of Victory : guests of the festival provided a unique opportunity to see firsthand what a firefighter subject to the four elements : fire, water, earth and sky . The event was attended by Head of Civil Defense of the Republic of Tatarstan - Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov , personnel and veterans of the fire department, residents and visitors .
