During the test of warning system within the framework of All-Russian trainings for civil defense subscribers of “Beeline” in Tatarstan will receive SMS messages for the first time

For two days – October 3 and 4 – specialists of Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan are testing warning system in the framework All-Russian trainings for civil defense. So, specialists of CUKS operational duty shift in cooperation with mobile operators will distribute SMS messages with the following text: “Testing warning system of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan.”On October 3, “MTS” and “Megafon” subscribers will receive messages from 9 to 12 o’clock; on October 4, from 9 to 11 o’clock more than a million “Beeline” subscribers in Tatarstan will receive the messages the first time.
