In five minutes a duty guard of Fire and Rescue Department No. 128 of Federal Fire Service for RT arrived to the scene. The injured was delivered to a brigade of ambulance. 15 people and 5 vehicles, including 10 people and 3 vehicles from EMERCOM were involved in the rescue operation.
