The best reason to talk about safe behavior is the World Civil Defense Day, during which the republic held open lessons on the basics of life safety.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 47 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 18 fires.
