The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire - 1 fire, NPB when operating electrical appliances - 1 fire, arson - 1 fire, malfunction of systems, mechanisms and units TS - 1 fire.

Workers of the Aznakayevo post of Almetyevsk department TRO "VDPO" with department of supervising activities of the Aznakayevo municipal area carried out a demonstration lesson with pupils of initial classes "Lyceum No. 4 of the City of Aznakayevo" about fire safety. Children were told about fire safety, about actions in case of a fire and about dangerous game with fire. Pupils of 8 "A" class organized colourful representation on a subject of fire safety. Also children participated in a quiz and games. At the end of a lesson rewarding of participants and winners of children's tender of fire subject took place.
On March 22 by helicopter of an avialink of Emercom of Russia aviation monitoring of a situation was carried out. The route of flight passed on all territory of the Republic of Tatarstan where had cases of flooding the territories, and also there are high rates of inventories of snow and moisture.
Results of monitoring:
1. Zelenodolsky, Kaybitsky and Buinsky areas, the river Sviyaga has 75% destruction of an ice cover, 12 places of mash places are revealed.
2. In the Southeast and East part of the Republic of Tatarstan the situation corresponds to the forecast.
3. Danger is constituted by ponds in the Samara region.
Today in the Tyulyachinsky area on Mesha river near the settlement of Karashirma under the bridge explosive works were carried out in order to the ice jam wasn't formed during an ice drift under the bridge. In the territory of our republic it is the fifth area which was traveled by the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations together with blasters of JSC "Geofizik" from Ulyanovsk.
About the settlement of Karashirma Mesha's width constitutes only 400 meters. But in case of a water level raising higher than 2.5 meters, many residential yards will get under water. Explosive works carried out already in Kaybitsky, Drozhzhanovsk and the Zelenodolsk areas. Till March 27 blasters and the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations should travel over three more areas, Menzelinsky, Aktanyshsky and Muslyumovo which submitted an application for carrying out explosive works.

Staff of Sabinsk department TRO VDPO began such work with socially dysfunctional families, with pensioners and disabled people who constitute potential danger. In such groups the risk of emergence of fires is especially high.
During raids employees of VDPO reminded of service regulations of the gas equipment, electric devices and fire safety. At the end of conversation they left the instruction sheet with fire safety regulations.
Instructors of Almetyevsk department TRO VDPO Chasanov G.G. and Almukhametov A.M. visited Mikdat Zinnatovich Iskhakov and Galimova Faniya Mirzaziyanovna – the chairman and the instructor of Almetyevsk VDPO. Veterans shared with their experience and memories of work. Pensioners were interested about scientific innovations in the field of fire safety. Such meetings became tradition and will proceed further.
In the Buinsk municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan in kindergarten "Leysan" of Entugan's village the lesson devoted to fire safety was organized. Children were told about fire safety regulations, what to do if there was a fire, where to call. For children there was a little new. Future school students all this know by heart. Employees of a separate post give such classes regularly. Children watched the animated film about fire safety. Then they asked the questions.
