In Alekseevsky region of Tatarstan with detached ice rescued fishermen

08.04.2014 year in 09.05 (MSC) in ODS PKU "the CMC EMERCOM of Russia on RT" from the duty rescue service received a message about the margin of the ice with 5 fishermen on R. Kama in Alekseevsky district, 5 km from PGT Alexeyevskoye.
Despite repeated warnings, fishermen neglected basic safety rules and came out on the ice. The rise of the reservoir for the day was 8 cm, is the development of ice, increased over, there were numerous gullies and this morning came from ice main channel of the Kama in the area of the 1st bridge on the side of Kazan. Width of open water amounted to 150 meters. The result is 200 metres from the shore the ice-floe with the five fishermen broke away from the shore fast ice.
Arrived at the scene the operative group of Alekseevsky garrison of fire protection - 2 people, 1 unit technical, duty team of rescuers of SPA№ 3 - 4 persons, 2 units of those. (1 boat), the Ministry of the interior - 3 people, 1 unit of equipment.
In 09.18 (MSC). forces arrived on the scene.
