The rise of the reservoir for the day was 8 cm, is the development of ice, increased over, there were numerous gullies and this morning came from ice main channel of the Kama in the area of the 1st bridge on the side of Kazan. Width of open water amounted to 150 meters. The result is 200 metres from the shore the ice-floe with the five fishermen broke away from the shore fast ice.

Arrived at the scene the operative group of Alekseevsky garrison of fire protection - 2 people, 1 unit technical, duty team of rescuers of SPA№ 3 - 4 persons, 2 units of those. (1 boat), the Ministry of the interior - 3 people, 1 unit of equipment.

In 09.18 (MSC). forces arrived on the scene.

To rescue the fishermen was involved boat fishing artel. Together with the rescuers of SPA № 3 fishermen in boats evacuated to the shore.
