With these words, the Deputy Head of Main Department of MES of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrei Orlov addressed to more than a hundred chiefs of educational, preschool institutions of the Sovetskiy district, to the specialists of educational department of the executive committee of Kazan and to teachers of basics of life safety discipline during instructional methodic activity that took place today on the basis of Kazan school №111. As a part of this event a method of preparation for the Children's Day brought to the audience. This event is traditionally held in all educational institutions of the republic on the eve of the summer school holidays.

Since the beginning of 2014 fire departments involved 1087 times to eliminate dry grass fires that is 52.5 % more than the same period last year.

Only on May 11, in the Republic of Tatarstan fire departments went on the elimination of dry grass fires 36 times and on the garbage fires 38 times. The danger of dry grass ignition and trash burning is that the fire could spread rapidly and spread to the buildings. Thus, in the current year on the territory of the Republic, 24 fires happened in homes and buildings because of the transition from the dry grass fire, which killed 1 man and 3 people injured, one of them is a child.

Incidents for May, 12:

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 101 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 13, dry grass extinguishing – 7. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 12 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. 2 persons were saved.

The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment operation – 2, careless handling of fire – 3, violation of the rules of furnace operation – 1, malfunction of heating stove – 2, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 1, ascertains – 3.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 15 times. 9 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 2 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 11 times.

This amount will have to pay the violators of special fire safety conditions which ignoring or not knowing the law, decided to have a picnic with a twinkle in a forest park near the lake Lebyazhye in Kazan. The “recreation” of the violators was spoiled by the staff of department of oversight during the raid in the Kirov district.

Outdoor activities during the first warm days of May entices people to the spaciousness out of close apartments. As if intoxicated by the freedom, just like Professor Pleischner from "17 Moments of Spring", people that wish to stretch the bones in nature simply do not notice the warnings in the form of signs and even notices prohibiting building any fires in the forest area - either on the ground, or on the grill.

Incidents for May, 11:

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 169 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 38, dry grass extinguishing – 36. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 13 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. 1 person was saved, 1 injured.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 5, carelessness when smoking – 2, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 3, incorrect installation of furnace and chimney – 1, failure of systems, mechanisms and components of a vehicle – 1, violation of fire safety rules of furnace use – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 14 times. 3 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 12 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 6 times.

On May 8 at 14.00 on the central square before the Motherland monument, in the preparation for the parade of the fire protection staff of the city, the chief of Federal State Official Institute “15th Detachment Federal Fire Service across the Republic of Tatarstan” colonel of internal service Sergey Ilyich Subbotin solemnly awarded the medals “For Excellence in Service” of the 1st  and 2nd degrees.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 4, carelessness when smoking – 1, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 3, violation of fire safety rules during installation of furnace and chimney – 3, violation of the rules of gas equipment use – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 15 times. 7 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 10 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 15 times.

      In anticipation of Victory Day celebration in the Great Domestic War workers of separate posts of the village New Kiner and the settlement Urnyak of the Arsk area, and also by other separate posts of the Kazan group of a fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan gave feasible help in improvement of the territory adjacent to monuments to fallen wars, in those settlements where division data are located. We shall always remember the people who have given the lives for bright future of our country. The feat of those who fought is immortal and won against fascism. Memory of their feat will eternally live in our hearts.
