Sashlik at the cost of 4000 rubles

This amount will have to pay the violators of special fire safety conditions which ignoring or not knowing the law, decided to have a picnic with a twinkle in a forest park near the lake Lebyazhye in Kazan. The “recreation” of the violators was spoiled by the staff of department of oversight during the raid in the Kirov district.

Outdoor activities during the first warm days of May entices people to the spaciousness out of close apartments. As if intoxicated by the freedom, just like Professor Pleischner from "17 Moments of Spring", people that wish to stretch the bones in nature simply do not notice the warnings in the form of signs and even notices prohibiting building any fires in the forest area - either on the ground, or on the grill.

And despite the fact that republican and urban media constantly remind citizens that in the Republic of Tatarstan from 20 April to 15 May 2014 a special fire-fighting mode is introduced in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Pursuant to clause 17 "Rules of fire safety conditions in the Russian Federation" which entered into force on 1 September 2012, "within the period of sustainable dry, hot and windy weather, as well as the introduction of a special anti-fire regime in the territories of settlements and urban districts, horticultural, gardening and country non-profit associations of citizens, the following measures in the companies are  realized: a ) a ban on fires, on conducting fire hazard works in certain areas, on the furnace of stoves, cooking hearths and boiler installations."

During the regime the punishment in the form of fines for citizens provided in size from 2 to 4 thousand rubles, for officials - from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 400 to 500 thousand rubles.

Hardly employees of  State Fire Supervision who went to raid accompanied by the district inspector of police and members of the media came to the "operating space", they could not help thinking whether they have enough protocols to extract fine. The density of the "smoky" companies was almost a dozen on a 100 square meters of the forest park. The cause had to be taken "rolling up the sleeves."

The first "under the hand" got a couple of already not very young people. Seeing the inspectors, a man chose to "take a defense" in the neighboring bushes. For the romantic weekend with the barbeque had to rap the lady. This procedure, of course, did not add to her mood.

Then inspectors stopped by the light in the company of young people who were in anticipation of treasured delicacies. The coal had already sparked in the grill, the juicy meat was threaded on the skewers, plates and tomato sauce were placed. Suddenly, the burning brazier had to be urgently filled with water. Overall, the holiday was hopelessly corrupted. But the law is the law! "Yes, honestly we didn’t know - the guys were justified. - Well, at least film our knives - they turned imploringly to the cameraman - because we advertise them, you see and we’ll repel the fine."

At that time, the alarm has spread along the coast to other companies. The smoke quickly cleared, the coals were dropped off, the braziers were hidden in the bushes, but the finished skewers in the dishes were on their hands. Well, not caught - not a thief! Thus campers were handed out leaflets on fire safety measures by the inspectors.

 - Only at this site of the forest park, measures of administrative response against 7 people were taken under the Code of Administrative Offences of RF, Part 2, Art. 20.4 - summed up the raid the chief of Zarechye detachment of oversight department of the Kirov district captain of internal service Ayrat Gainetdinov. - More than 100 people were instructed and were handed the relevant leaflets on fire safety measures. Citizens should know and understand that in the period of special fire regime in the Republic of Tatarstan it is prohibited to build any fires not only in a forest park, but also in suburban areas.

For reference, during only the period of the special anti-fire regime in the country 503 persons involved for the violations of fire safety requirements, totally nearly 2.3 mln. rubles.

Strict measures have to be taken. According to Control and Supervision Activity of Main Management of Ministry of Emergency Situations  across the Republic of Tatarstan, in the current year there were 24 fire because of burning dry grass on the territory of the Republic on which 1 person was killed and 3 people, including a child , were injured.
