On the basis of fire department №56 of FSI “15th detachment of FFS on RT” there was held annual competitions on fire-applied sports among the schools of Tukayevsky District in Naberezhnye Chelny. The organizers of the sports competitions were the workers of All-Russian VFD and FFSD-15 on RT management.

“Unsafe handling of fire made dry reeds burn. From deadwood the fire jumped to the forest, then to “Lesnoye” dacha cooperative that was located among pines”. That was the idea of command-post trainings on elimination of emergency situation consequences connected with wildfires on the territory of Laishevo areal forestry of Laishevo municipal region. Not only Ministry of Forestry of RT forces and means were involved in the trainings, but RT FFS detachments also.

Incidents for May, 19:

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 105 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 15, dry grass extinguishing – 14. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 12 fires, 7 of them in the residential sector. 5 persons were saved, 1 suffered.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 4, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 1, violation of the rules of installation – 2, carelessness when smoking – 1, arson – 1, failure of systems, mechanisms and components of a vehicle – 2, ascertains – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 27 times. 3 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 6 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 8 times.

On May, 17, on All-Russian forest planting day, the work on planting seedlings on the territory of the detachments, in forests and on fields of forest fires was organized by all the garrisons of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan. All categories of the employees and members of their families were involved in that event.

Incidents for May, 18:

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 97 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 15, dry grass extinguishing – 5. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 17 fires, 7 of them in the residential sector. Unfortunately, 2 persons died. 1 person was saved, 2 suffered.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 4, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 6, incorrect installation of furnace and chimney – 5, carelessness when smoking – 1, ascertains – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 16 times. 2 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 7 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 9 times.

On May, 17, there was held a large-scale action – All-Russian forest planting day. Many social organizations held activities on involving the society in the problems of the planet’s lungs. The employees of the 8th federal fire service did not remain aloof, too. The firemen decorated the streets of Zelenodolsk with tree and bush seedlings. Thus, they planted young chestnuts and hazels on a street in the name of Vali Khaziev, a veteran and a hero of the war.

Incidents for May, 16:

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 120 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 16, dry grass extinguishing – 16. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 11 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. Unfortunately, 1 person died.

The causes of fires are: arson – 1, careless handling of fire – 3, violation of the rules of electrical equipment operation – 4, violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment installation – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1, ascertains – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 16 times. 3 persons were saved. 

Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 8 times.

Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 8 times.

Competitions on mini-football were held on the city stadium of Almetyevsk for the superiority of the second detachment of FFS of RT. 13 teams that represent fire departments of the South-East of the Republic entered the contest for an honorable trophy. During the contest there was equal persistent struggle. The winner and prize-men were able to be identified only by a series of the penalty shootout.

Tactical maneuvers of forces and means of the Main Department of MES of RF of the Republic of Tatarstan and TSES of Vysokogorskiy region were successfully finished the training of joint actions during the liquidation of a conditional fire on the “Kostyor” health and education center territory in the Biryuli village of Vysokogorskiy region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The silver winners became the employees of Main Department of MES of RF of the Republic of Tatarstan that assisted from May, 14th till 15th in Izhevsk in the athletics meeting of  Privolzhsky regional center of MES of Russia. 14 teams that are the part of Privolzhsky regional center took part in the competitions. The competitions held in two stages. At the first day, there were 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 1000 m, 5000 m distance individual races.
