Incidents for July, 2:
Fire departments of Federal fire service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 59 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 5, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, 2 of them in the residential sector.
The causes of fires are: arson – 2, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 19 times. 3 persons were rescued.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3 times.
Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 8 times. Including: door unblocking – 2, traffic accident – 1, searching a drowned (was not found) – 1, preventive raids at mass recreation places on water – 1, safety provision at event – 2, others – 1.
9 teams participated in the open regional certificate competition of SAR crews of Cynology Service of MES of Russia of Volga Federal District, and 8 of them represented cynologic crews of various services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Therefore, most of the prizes were won by representatives of Tatarstan along with their pets. According to the results of the competition there will be composed a team of Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia to participate in the championship of search and rescue crews of Cynology Service of MES of Russia. Results of the competition held from June 23 to 28 on the basis of FGKU "1001 SC MES of Russia" in Vodino village of Krasnoyarsk District of Samara Oblast were summed up by Head of Kazan search and rescue detachment Igor Katsyuruba.
Lessons on fire safety were held in the children’s health camp “Fakel” of NGDU "Elkhovneft" in Almetyevsk Municipal District. MES employees told the children about dangers and benefits of fire, talked about consequences of childish prank by fire, and how to behave if their parents and adults are absent when a smoke or a fire appears in their apartment. They repeated the fire guard telephone calls, showed how to use a fire extinguisher, and talked about dangers of false alarms. The children answered questions of the firefighters correctly and clearly. The children were delighted, certainly, by a red fire truck.

The first shift in Children’s Health Kazakevich Camp located in Bakhchisaray district of Crimea will end tomorrow. Recall that children from the Republic of Tatarstan have their holiday in the territory of the new subject of Russian Federation, fire safety of which is protected by the unit of Federal Fire Service of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan consisting of seven personnel and two vehicles.

Fire departments of Federal fire service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 34 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 2, dry grass extinguishing – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 11 fires, 5 of them in the residential sector.
The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 2, violation of electric equipment use rules – 1, incorrect installation of furnace – 2, carelessness when smoking – 1, arson – 1, ascertain – 2.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 8 times. 4 persons were rescued.

School campers became desired guests of FD-106 of Federal Fire Service on protection of Apastovskiy municipal district. It was the first time the children visited firefighters, so not hiding their interest they asked questions and were delighted with the seen. The children were met by experienced MES employee, Ildar Veliev. He told about firefighters’ difficult work, causes of fire and about the importance of following fire safety rules.

The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during electric equipment use – 1, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 19 times. 4 persons were rescued.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2 times.

The causes of fires are: violation of gas equipment use rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 1, violation of fire safety rules during electric device use – 2, violation of fire safety rules during heating stove use – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 24 times. 4 persons were rescued.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 4 times.
Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 9 times. Including: door unblocking – 1, safety provision on event – 2, extraction of a bird from ventilating shaft – 1, water accident – 1, patrolling mass recreation places on water objects – 1, trees sawing – 1, others – 2.
Collegium of MES of Russia VRC leadership was held in the building of Crisis Management Center of MES of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan. By order of the Minister of Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, Vladimir Puchkov, its collective was recognized as the best among anti-crisis managements of MES of Russia according to the results of 2013. For winning the All-Russian show-competition Head of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of the internal service Rafis Khabibullin, received from the hands of the Head of Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia, Colonel-General of internal service Igor Panshin, challenge pennant, a certificate of honor of MES of Russia, and a heavy, tall colorful cup.
