Collegium of Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia Was Held in Kazan

Collegium of MES of Russia VRC leadership was held in the building of Crisis Management Center of MES of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan. By order of the Minister of Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, Vladimir Puchkov, its collective was recognized as the best among anti-crisis managements of MES of Russia according to the results of 2013. For winning the All-Russian show-competition Head of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of the internal service Rafis Khabibullin, received from the hands of the Head of Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia, Colonel-General of internal service Igor Panshin, challenge pennant, a certificate of honor of MES of Russia, and a heavy, tall colorful cup.

The main theme of the meeting was the preparation of the Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan to safety provision at 2015 World Aquatics Championships. In the end of the VRC of MES of Russia meeting, VRC leaders and leaders of  Headquarters of MES of Russia of Volga Federal District subjects inspected the sport establishments that will be used during 2015 World Aquatics Championships in Kazan.
