On April 3, 2016 at 7:47 A.M., there was received a report from a witness that on the field near the settlement of Aksarino of Zainsk District near the road N. Chelny – Zainsk, a small-engine aircraft made an emergency landing. All of emergency services were directed to the scene: fire crew of fire and rescue garrison No. 88 and a duty shift of rescuers of ZPSO No.6, police, medics, operative crews of Zainsk and Nizhnekamsk fire and rescue garrisons.

A training lesson took place in a children’s health camp “Plamya” in which students of various educational institutions of the republic gathered to participate three days in a seminar on preparation of children’s summer holiday within republican school of camp leaders.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 1 cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 2.

A delegation from Bakhchisaray District of the Republic of Crimea visited Zelenodolsk Municipal District. Recall, that the guests from Crimea already came to our district last year. In the course of another working trip the Crimean learned the work of Single Duty Dispatch Service of Zelenodolsk District.

The report on a drowning man on the river Kama on the area of embankment along Lenin St. was received at 0:50 P.M. He went down through the ice in 500 meters from the shore. In five minutes a duty guard of Fire and Rescue Department No. 128 of Federal Fire Service for RT arrived to the scene. The injured was delivered to a brigade of ambulance. 15 people and 5 vehicles, including 10 people and 3 vehicles from EMERCOM were involved in the rescue operation.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, including residential sector – 2.

Today, there were held explosive operations in Tyulyachi District on the river Bolshaya Myosha near the settlement of Karashirma, in order to prevent against ice jam under the bridge during the ice flow. This year, this district is the first one, where shofirers of Russian Ministry of Defense from Kazan Higher Military Command School under the cooperation of EMERCOM rescuers held explosive works.

On March 2016, there was received a report on poisoning of two people by carbon monoxide in a residential house by the address Nurlat Municipal District, Klinovka railroad siding. The died are a man of 1968 and a woman of 1969. The incident’s cause is being ascertained. The preliminary cause of death is poisoning by carbon monoxide from a furnace.

Within the Year of Fire Service, and preparation to the celebration of 367th anniversary since Russia’s Fire Service foundation day, workers of the separate post on protection of the village of Iske Ryazyapof Chistopol Squad of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan organized an open day for their children.
