The office of supervisory affairs of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan have designed and implements a complex of organizational and practical activities on fire safety provision during the preparation and holding the religious holiday Eid al-Fitr. Its events will be held on July 5, 2016 in 45 municipal districts, at 906 religious objects, 59 of them in the city of Kazan and 13 ones in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

The competitions of crews of gas and smoke protection service (GDZS) among fire and rescue departments of the 2nd squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan were held with the aim of identifying the best GDZS crew among all of duty guards of the squad. The competitions program consisted of a test and practice stages. Firefighters of FD-9 took the first place. Teams of FD-77 and FD-15 took the second, and the third places, respectively.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 77 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 10, false alarms – 31, short circuit of wiring without burning – 8, burnt meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, residential sector – 1.

Numerous propaganda team composed of employees of State Fire Supervision, State Inspectorate for Small Vessels, firefighters and rescuers arrived to countryside children’s health camp “Polyot” in order to hold the Day of Safety for its children. Professionals made talks with the children on safe behavior in the summer period, taught them practice skills on rescuing on the water and fire extinguishing.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 66 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 11, false alarms – 23, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1.

Final republican competitions on combat deployment of forces and means among district departments of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan has finished with the host’s, firefighters of FD-107 of Arsk District of the 7th squad of FFS for RT, victory in Arsk. The best 9 teams, which won zonal competitions among fire and rescue departments of their squads contested for the main prize on the city stadium. Representatives of the 8th squad won the second and the third place. Respectively, FD-114 (Drozhzhanoe Municipal District), and FD-153 (Vasilyevo).

Employees of 8th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan held fire tactic lessons in Zelenodolsk children’s art school. According to the trainings legend, the ignition happened because of a short circuit in the basement of the school, 1st and 2nd floors and flights of stairs filled with smoke. The duty janitor immediately reports to fire service, turns on fire alarm; the teachers organize the children’s evacuation.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 17, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 4, hay – 2.

Today, children of International Polylingual Kindergarten “Bala-City” have visited the Center of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for RT with an excursion. GIMS inspectors took the children to the pier, where a lesson on rules of behavior on the water and watch of speedsters, which help the employees to be on duty on water spaces, took place. The children also tried life jackets, and at parting made a photo for memory and got informative broadsheets with rules of safe behavior on the water.
