“Psychology of Extreme Situations. Theory and Practice” Scientific and Practical Conference was opened in Kazan, today. 38th Republican Competitions among Crews of Gas and Smoke Protection Service for the Republic of Tatarstan on the protection of rural districts finished with the host’s, the team of fire and rescue department No. 129 of Saby District, victory in Bogatye Saby. Total of thirty five best gas and smoke protection crews attended the competitions.
