 According to Federal State Budgetary Institution Management on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on places expected:

- On September 21 - at night fog, in the afternoon a heavy rain and strengthenings of a wind to 15-17 m/s (in Kazan to 15 m/s);

- On September 22 - at night and in the morning a heavy rain (and in Kazan), within a day a thunder-storm and a strong wind rushes to 15-20 m/s (in Kazan to 17 m/s).

To drivers whenever it is possible to refrain from trips on personal transport or to be extremely attentive on the road.To pedestrians to observe the increased.
