On August 25, fire and rescue department No. 91 met young guests, first graders, children of employees of fire departments of the 1st squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. Within the action “Help to Prepare for School”, the squad organized a festive event with presents for the preschoolers. Total of 22 children came to the fire station.

Within “Zhilische-2016” operation, workers of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan held preventive talks with more than 200 house owners in republican settlements which are included in the departure zone of separate posts. Every day, workers of fire departments remind house owners about necessity of keeping basic measures of fire safety at home depending on seasonality of preventive work.

Incidents as of August 24:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 100 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 30, false alarms – 36, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 2, hay – 1. 1 person was injured.

Volunteers extinguished a private bathhouse in Alekseevskoe District in the village of Ivanovsky. The fire report was received at 7.32 P.M. from the owner. Volunteers of DPO “Lebedino” managed to extinguish the fire themselves and eliminated the burning in 10 minutes. The rescued property sum estimated 500 hundred rubles. The fire’s preliminary cause is violation of fire safety during furnace use.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 28, false alarms – 42, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 13, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 2. 1 person was rescued.

At 1.38 A.M. on August 24, 2016, there was received information about fire in Kirov Districts of the city of Kazan on the territory of Federal Budgetary Enterprise “Kazan State Budgetary Gunpowder Factory” in a one-floor brick building.

Within fire prevention work during the harvest, Chief of the separate post on the protection of the village of Resskoe Makulovo of Verkhny Uslon Municipal District held an instruction woth workers of JSC “Agrofirma Krasny Vostok”, during which he explained fire safety requirements when using agriculture technique, gave memos and reminded about the procedure in case of harvesting technique burning.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 19, false alarms – 31, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, burnt meal – 5, cooperation with other services – 15, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 2, vehicles – 1. 1 person died. 1 person died, 2 people were rescued.

Delegation of South Moravia Kray of Czech Republic headed by Gateman Mikhal Gashek visited the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, today. The introductory excursion was held within the official visit to Tatarstan of the leadership of South Moravia Kray. Chief of Tatarstanian Headquarters, Lieutenant-General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin, acquainted the foreign guest with the work of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

Solemn gatherings which were devoted to the Day of State Flag of Russian Federation were held with the participation of the staff of departments. Lessons with the staff on the history of establishing the State Flag of Russian Federation  were held within the social-state education. Also, new employees of federal fire Service took the oath in several departments.
