“Psychology of Extreme Situations. Theory and Practice” science and practice conference finished its work in Kazan. It was attended by more than 120 psychologists of EMERCOM of Russia from all around the country from regional centers of EMERCOM of Russia and branches of Emergency Psychological Aid Center. The closing ceremony was attended by Chief of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia Colonel General of inner service, Igor Panshin, and Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Lieutenant General of inner service Rafis Khabibullin. There was also Dean of Psychology Faculty of MSU, Yuri Zinchenko, among honorary guests.

Solemn opening of the II gathering of psychologists of security agencies was held on the territory of Kazan Military Suvorov College, today. It was attended by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Chief of Suvorov College, Valery Mironchenko, Deputy Commander of the Central Military District, Lieutenant General, Yevgeny Ustinov, Chief of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia Colonel General of inner service, Igor Panshin, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin and others.

Knowledge Day in Kazan Military Suvorov College passed unusually and solemnly, today. Psychologists of EMERCOM of Russia and the director of Emergency Psychological Aid Center of EMERCOM of Russia, Yulia Shoygu, held the first cognitive lesson for the Suvorov’s of the eighth grade. They taught young servicemen “Learn Saving Life” lesson on safe behavior culture. The main aim of the lesson is to help them learn rules of safe behavior in various situations and teach them some ways of first aid provision and psychological support.

An unusual lesson was held in 40 Tatarstan schools at Knowledge Day, today. On September 1, specialists of Emergency Psychological Aid Center (EPAC) of EMERCOM of Russia visited students. They held “Learn Saving Life” lesson on safe behavior culture. Viktoria Kuznetsova, a psychologist of educational department of the South Branch of EPAC held an interesting lesson on safe behavior rules for schoolchildren of Kazan gymnasium No. 116.

Incidents as of August 31:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 143 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 38, false alarms – 65, short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, burnt meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 12 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1, various types of property – 2, vehicles – 1. 3 people were rescued.

On September 1, the director of Emergency Psychological Aid Center of EMERCOM of Russia, Yulia Shoygu and psychologists of EMERCOM of Russia will hold a lesson on culture of safe behavior “Teach Saving Life” in four cadet classes of Kazan Military Suvorov College, as well as in 40 schools of Tatarstan. Safety lesson is held for students of eighth grade and estimates 90 minutes.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 20, false alarms – 46, dry grass extinguishing – 1, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 1, various types of property – 1.

On the second day of science and practice of conference of psychological service of EMERCOM of Russia, one were charging with physical cheerfulness passing GTO tests, another participated in master classes, which were held in Kazan Suvorov College. Total of 17 various master classes were planned, and three of them were held by specialists of psychological service of EMERCOM of Russia.

On the second day of “Psychology of Extreme Situations. Theory and Practice” All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference of Psychological Service of EMERCOM of Russia, participants of the gathering went to sport grounds of “Volga” youth center to pass tests of All-Russian physical culture and sports complex “Ready to Work and Defend” (GTO). According to the results of competitions, most of the participants demonstrated good physical training, passing GTO tests at various categories.

Within the Year of Fire Service in 2016, on the eve of Knowledge Day, Zelenodolsk firefighters organized a holiday for future first-graders. 33 children, whose parents work in 01 service, visited fire stations of Zelenodolsk. The event began before the facade of the 52nd fire department on the protection of Gorky Factory. Also, the children visited fire service museum and thermal and smoky chamber, and participated in demonstrative “target extinguishing” with the use of a ball.
