On November 9, 2016 at 1.44 P.M. there was received report about collapse during dismantling of a house on Leninogorsk Municipal District in the village of Shugurovo. Emergency services left for the scene. As a result of partial collapse, a worker, owned by the host, was injured. Firefighters of the separate post “Shugurovo” delivered him to ambulance.

On November 9, 2016 at 11.43 A.M., there was received report about that the caller together with his two friends came to the river Izh in Salaushi rural settlement for fishing. The men walked on the ice 2 kilometers and fell down though the ice. As a result, two residents of Udmurtia could get out from the water, but the third one died. Rescuers of ZPSO-6 arrived for the evacuation of the victim. Walking on the ice thinner than 7 cm is prohibited!

The department of people’s safety on water objects of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan prepared memos on safety during freezing-over in order to prevent against accidents on the water connected with falling down through the ice. Total of more than 20 Kazan fishing equipment, motorboat, hanging engine shops were covered; 3 thousand memo copies were given. Employees of one of Kazan superstore have 1,000 memos and they give them to customers.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 31 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 8, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, residential sector – 1, outhouses – 2.

Today, 12-year-old Adelina together with her mom received many guests at her home. Employees of Civil Protection Department under Executive Committee of Kazan headed by Chief of the department, Ferdinand Timurkhanov, came to the girl with a charity mission – they gived Adelina a wheelchair, so necessary for her to walk outside.

Representatives of Physical Culture and Sports Association of Disabled of the Republic of Tatarstan addressed to the Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, with a request to personally congratulate and encourage with prizes participants of basketball competitions among disables with cerebral palsy. Despite of the EMERCOM RT leadership, there came volunteers that help disabled at home (mainly, it is workers of management companies), as well as professional basketballers from UNIKS-2 team to the sports hall of Kazan College of Municipal Economy and Building.

Workers of the separate post on the protection of the village Bolshie Tarkhany of Apastovo squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan have already begun such preventive work and held talks about ban of going on the early frail ice with primary grades of the secondary school of the village Bolshie Tarkhany of Tetyushi Municipal District. The main causes of tragic cases are ignorance, neglect, or non-observance of elementary safety measures.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 2 fires, residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1. 1 person was injured.

Such opportunities were given to students with disabilities of Kazan National Research Technological University named after Tupolev by employees of the Crisis Management Center of HQ EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and firefighters of FD-3 OFPS-7 for RT. The open day in the Center was organized within “Accessible Environment” federal program and dedicated to the year of fire service in EMERCOM of Russia system.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2. 1 person was injured, 1 person was rescued.
