Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 38 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 17, false alarms – 2, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 12 fires, residential sector – 5, outhouses – 5, garden houses – 2.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 5, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 6, cooperation with other services – 1, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, vehicles – 2, various types of property – 2. 3 people were injured.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires, residential sector – 2. 1 person was injured.

In the executive committee of Komsomolsky District of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, employees of supervisory affairs department held a conference with chairmen of garden associations, where fires with people’s death happen oftener recent years. A representative of the supervisory department recommended heads of garden associations to pay special attention to residential of socially unadapted citizens, single old people, and persons who abuse alcohol drinks.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 1.

Today, there was an enhanced meeting of Public Board under EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan in participation with the Minister of civil defense and emergencies of RT, Rafis Khabibullin. The issue of development and improvement of OSVOD work, as well as the issue about people’s safety provision on water objects of the republic was on the agenda. The Chairman of the Public Board under EMERCOM RT, Alik Nazmutdinov, opened the meeting. The main state inspector on small vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yuri Venediktov, reported aboit accidents on water objects during swimming season of 2016.

The extinguishing involved forces and means of Nizhnekamsk fire and rescue garrison composed of 30 items of fire and special technique. At 4.20 P.M. firefighters manages to localize the fire, and at 4.55 P.M. they reported that they liquidated the open fire.

At 3.20 P.M. there was received report on fire compression room in one of shops of the industrial area of Nizhnekamsk. According to preliminary data, there is burning hydrogen, or its compounds. The building object of Taif-NK did not put into operation. There is no proliferation threat, not threat to the population and environment. The fire area is 50 sq. m. Preliminarily there are no injured. At 4.05 P.M. the flare burning was stopped. Little fires remain. Extinguishing goes on.

Within the Year of Fire Service in the system of EMERCOM of Russian, employees of Kazan department of voluntary fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Federation of Applied Fire Sports of the republic and Kazan fire and rescue garrison organized sport competitions with the elements of applied fire sports and fire relay named “Funny Firefighter” for young firefighters’ teams of Kazan school. The main referee of the competitions was Nikolay Gorbunov.

An-148 airplane of EMERCOM of Russia successfully made an air medical evacuation of an injured Kazan blogger-traveler, Raykhan Khalitov, from Deli, India to Kazan. He had got in a traffic accident. The plane landed at “Kazan” international airport at 9:30. At present time, medics assess his condition as critical. The man was delivered to city’s medical facility for further specialized treatment.
