According to results of VIII All-Russian Festival of Safety and People Rescuing “Courage Constellation” of EMERCOM of Russia, fire department No. 92 of Federal Budgetary Facility “The 1st squad of federal fire service of state fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan” (contract) was recognized the best in EMERCOM of Russia system. Just for six years of its existence, it has become the best in Volga federal okrug three times, and in 2013 and 2016 was recognized the winner of the All-Russian Review Competition “The Best Fire Department of federal fire service of Russia”.

Special preventive groups in Zelenodolsk District systematically patrol all water objects on their territories with raids on prevention against walking on the ice, at the moment. The professional groups are composed of inspectors of Zelenodolsk department of Center of GIMS, OSVOD, specialists of Public Order Protection Department of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk District, employees of the 8th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan, police officers.

A meeting of the Commission on Emergencies and Fire Safety Provision of Zelenodolsk District was held in Zelenodolsk. It was attended by the Deputy Minister of the Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of inner service, Rafail Motygullin. Issues of safety on water objects during the freezing-over and fire safety provision of settlements of the district were in the spotlight.

In November of the present year, workers of the separate post on the protection of the settlement of Kaipy of Kazan squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan together with a representative of the social protection of Laishevo Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan held an inspection around houses on the area of the separate post departure. They paid attention firstly to houses inhabited by unfortunate citizens, families with many children, as well as single old citizens.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 26 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 9, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 1, vehicles – 1.

In the Year of fire service in the system of EMERCOM of Russia, employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan warmly congratulated the veteran of the Great Patriotic War and the veteran of fire service of Tatarstan, Mikhail Dolgov. The birthday boy got gifts and congratulations in his honor, then recollected his past years of service drinking tea, sharing wide experience in fire service with acting employees.

According to the results of VIII All-Russian Festival of EMERCOM of Russia “Courage Constellation”, 52-year-old firefighter from Kazan, Ilgizar Zalialutdinov, who works in fire and rescue department No. 76 which is a part of the 5th squad of federal fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan, won the title of “The Best Firefighter”. He is ready to make a feat at any moment. ‘The main thing in the profession is to help people who got into trouble’, he says. ‘First of all, you need to be a bit brave and not indifferent to people.’

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 42 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 12, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, including residential sector – 7, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1. 2 people were injured.

Workers of the separate post on the protection of the settlement of Tsipya of Saby squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan held preventive events on teaching personnel of an object of “Naz” social rehabilitation center of Baltasi Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan true actions during possible emergencies. The similar event, an instruction with service personnel and residents of the boarding house for old people and disabled of the village of Kornoukhovo of Rybno-Slobodskoy Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan was held by workers of the separate post on the protection of the village of Kornoukhovo of Chistopol Squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including residential sector – 1, various types of property – 2. 1 person was injured, 1 person was rescued.
