Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 43 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 9, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 5. 1 person died.

In connection with adverse forecast, it is necessary to alert repair and recover brigades for providing uninterrupted heating to residential and administrative buildings, heating centers at places of possible car gathering on roads and prepare snow removing technique in order to provide uninterrupted traffic. Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 77 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 37, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 14. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 13 fires, including residential sector – 7, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1, construction van, various types of property – 1.

Employees of the Center of GIMS EMERCOM of Russia for RT held technical examination of this “ice road” (at the site of ferry to Zelenodolsk) and gave the go-ahead for its functioning. Now, drivers will get to the right bank of the Volga not along ring road. The ice passage shortens the distance nearly to 75 km wherein saving an hour and a half.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 25, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 5, garden houses – 1.

Winners and holders of “Firefighter” statuette and diplomas of “I’ll Be Careful on the Ice” children’s republican picture competition were identified. Their awarding will take place on December 17 at 11.00 A.M.

On December 15, 2016 employees of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan started taking tests of All-Russian physical culture training program “Ready for Labor and Defense” in indoor football hall of the Central Stadium and in the shooting range of “Trudovye Rezervy” stadium. The participants were divided into four age groups and could check their level of physical training in the following kinds of challenge: long jump with both feet, running over short and long distances, firing with the electronic weapon.

Creative team of the 1st squad from Nizhnekamsk became the winners in “Theater” nomination of the first All-Russian departmental competition of EMERCOM of Russia “Art at Rescue Service”. There were representatives of departments from HQ EMERCOM of Russia for Irkutsk and Kaluga Oblasts, Republics of Tatarstan and Sakha (Yakutia), National Crisis Management Center of EMERCOM of Russia and Dagestan search and rescue squad. Also, rescuers of Zabaykalye, Bryansk, Oryol headquarters of the emergency ministry, South Regional Center and Academy of Civil Protection of EMERCOM of Russia were awarded.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 13, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 11, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires, including residential sector – 1, outhouses – 2, construction van – 1, garden houses – 1. 2 people died.

GIMS employees held technical examination of th ice passage in Mamadysh District on the river Kama on the route the village of Sokolka – the village of Novy Zakamsky. After that they gave the go-ahead to drive over the ice road for cars that weight less than 2.5 tons. The distance of ice passage is 1,150 meters, the width is 20 meters.
