Русия Федерациясе Президенты әмере белән 27 нче декабрь Русия Федерациясе Коткаручы көне дип игълан ителгән. Бу көндә 1990 елда гадәттән тыш хәлләр килеп чыкканда экстремаль хәлләрдә эшләрне башкарыр өчен Русия коткаручылар корпусы оештырылган. Ул Гадәттән тыш хәлләр дәүләт комиссиясен, ә аннан соң Русия ГТХМ, кору һәм үстерү өчен нигез булган.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 43 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 10, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including outhouses – 2, vehicles – 1.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 47 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, meal burning – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 15 fires, including residential sector – 9. 1 person died. 1 person was rescued.

Solemn events, dedicated to acceptance to the lines of EMERCOM cadets, are held in Vasilyevo Cadet School No. 1 of Zelenodolsk District of Tatarstan annually. This time the ceremony was attended by 76 cadets, including 17 girls. Deputy Chief of the 8 squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan, Captain of inner service, Ilshat Shakirov, congratulated the children with the significant event. Cadets’ parents, friends, students of senior grades came to support.

About 100 people and more than 20 items of technique of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan were involved in a comprehensive drill on responding and cooperation of bodied of territorial subsystem of RSChS during liquidation of consequences of an emergency situation caused by interruption of population’s life support and difficult traffic situation as a result of negative meteorological phenomena.

Employees of Fire and Rescue Department No. 89 took out domestic animals from a burning barn during fire extinguishing in Tukayevsky Municipal District. At 14.44 P.M. on December 12, 2016, there was received report about that a barn burning in Tukayevsky Municipal District in the village of Novotroitskoe. The barn’s area was 50 sq. m. No casualties. Firefighters of FD-89 took out animals including 2 sheeps, 2 pigs, 15 rabbits. Preliminary cause of the fire is violation of electrical equipment installation rules.

Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4, various types of property – 1, garden houses – 2. 3 people died. 1 child died. 2 people were injured.

A boy born in 2011 died in a fire in Sarman District. At 12.05 P.M. on December 21, 2016, there was received report about burning of a house in the village of Saklov Bash in Sarman District.

Today, Acting Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chairman of the Commission on Emergencies Prevention and Liquidation and Fire Safety Provision of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, held a meeting on issues of preparation to celebrate new year and Christmas holidays concerning provision of fire safety and social security of citizens, as well as issues of preparedness of educational, social facilities and objects of mass gathering.

Inspectors of State Fire Supervision continue raids on checking the keeping of fire safety requirements in trade points which sell pyrotechnic articles. Today, EMERCOM employees visited one of specialized shops on selling holiday fireworks in Novo-Sabinovsky District of Kazan. All its documents were in full order and meets fire safety requirements.
