It turned out that the boy slid a hill down to a ravine with depth of 6 meters, avalanche descended behind him, after that the boy lost. A dog from cynology crew of Naberezhnye Chelny Search and Rescue Squad showed supposed spot. At 8.16 P.M. rescuers took out the child, swamped in snow at the depth of 1 meter. Preliminary diagnosis is hypothermia. He was hospitalized.

When the Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, saw the little boy’s New Year message, he set a task to fulfill the desire.

In the honor of Rescuer’s Day of the Russian Federation a grand festive concert took place in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The ceremony of giving new types of fire and rescue technique to employees of departments of Kazan Fire and Rescue Garrison of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan in the honor of Rescuer’s Day of the Russian Federation took place on the square before “Kazan” family center. Key to the automobiles were given by the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Khalikov. Until the first fire departments arrived three men had died (they worn winter clothes and shoes). Preliminary cause of the fire is being ascertained.

Today, state employees of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan gathered in “Burevestnik” swimming pool to pass final test of “Ready for Labour and Defence” All-Russian physical culture training program. Depending on age groups, participants passed tests on leaning forward with legs straight on a gym bench of the floor, crunch, inverted row, push-up.
