Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 53 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 23, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including residential sector – 1, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 1.

Before the school holiday, employees of the Center of GIMS EMERCOM of RF for the Republic of Tatarstan together with “Metroelektrotrans” Municipal Unitary Enterprise organized an exhibition of children’s pictures on safety on the ice of water bodies in order to prevent accidents with children during springtime holidays. Children’s multiple works of the “I Will Careful on the Ice” contest have decorated “Tukay Square” Kazan metro station, now. The mobile exhibition will rejoice Kazanians until April 3. As well, GIMS employees gave more than hundred thematic memos and pocket calendars to underground passengers.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires, including residential sector – 2, outhouses – 6.

Firefighters and employees of supervision department of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny held “Give Way to Fire Truck” raid in yards of residential buildings in cooperation with traffic inspection employees. The issue of chocked up driveways and porches with private cars in the city still remains unsolved. Hardly firefighters drove in the first yard, they faced difficulties on turns. That raid was preventive, its aim is to show residents that in case of an accidents they hinder fast arrival of emergency service cars for quick aid provision, because every second is precious in such situation.

Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 5. 1 person was saved.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 32 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 8, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 2, outhouses – 4, various types of property – 1. 1 person died.

Today, emergency evacuation of children was held in the gymnasium No. 5 of the city of Zelenodolsk. The whole emergency actions algorithm of teachers and schoolchildren in case of fire was trained during a joint drill, organized by inspectors of Supervision and Preventive Work Department for Zelenodolsk Municipal District and employees of the 8th squad of federal fire service. In the near future, such “Safety Lessons” with drills on children evacuation are planned to hold in all preschool institutions, schools, educational institutions of intermediate and upper education.

The report about fire in the banquet hall in “Lebyazhye” recreation center of the city of Kazan was received on March 17 at 11.33 A.M. By the time of first fire departments arrival thick smoke came out from under the roof. There was nobody in the building already. 17 items of fire and rescue technique and 63 people involved in fire extinguishing. The fire was liquidated at 1.08 P.M. Its area estimated 300 sq. meters. No dead and injured.

The meeting of the republican Commission on Emergency Situations and Fire Safety Provision took place under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksey Pesoshin. The meeting passed in online broadcast mode, therefore, all leaders of republican cities and districts, and departments of HQ EMERCOM RF for RT and EMERCOM RT were in touch. According to the worse scenario of the spring flooding development on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, 220 settlements with the population of 20 thousand people, 48 social objects, 55 road sections with the distance of 75.3 km, 47 economy objects, 36 bridges may get into the flooding zone.
