Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 9, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4.

Relatives, friends and colleagues of the Captain of inner service, Eduard Illarionov, who died On March 24, 2017 during fire extinguishing in a shop of finished products of Kazan State Gunpowder Factory. The funeral was attended by the senior inspector of the 2nd office of the Department of Forces Readiness and Special Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia, Aleksandr Babkin, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Lieutenant-General of inners service, Rafis Khabibullin, CEO of Kazan State Budgetary Gunpowder Factory, Khalil Giniyatov, employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan and coworkers of the guard chief, all those who extinguished fires and many times saved people’s lives side by side with Eduard Illarionov.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 1, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 4 fires, including residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1.

The farewell ceremony with the heroically died guard chief of the special fire and rescue service No. 3 of the special office of federal fire service No. 35, Captain of inner service, Eduard Illarionov, will take place on Sunday, March 26 at 10.00 AM in the drill-hall of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Employees of EMERCOM of Russia mourn for their comrade and express sincere condolences to his relatives and friends. The Captain of inners service, Eduard Illarionov, was posthumously presented to the Order of Courage.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including residential sector – 1.

At 8.24 P.M. on March 24, the console of the fire and rescue department No. 3 of the Special Office of federal fire service No. 35 received a signal about fire alarm trigger in a warehouse of Kazan State Gunpowder Factory. When the guard chief of the special FD-3, Captain of inner service, Eduard Illarionov, arrived to the fire site first, he set his staff a task to deploy trunk-lines and install fire truck onto water sources, and himself decided to personally explore the dangerous zone. During the exploration there was an explosion in the building, as a result of which the captain got injured.

The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Warns:

It is dangerous to walk over river, pond, lake across the ice in spring. You need to carefully watch signs, denoting pedestrian crossings, use special decks on the ice. It is a serious risk to go on unexplored ice.

Within the Year of Civil Defense in EMERCOM of Russia system, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan organized a press tour for the media representatives on observing underground defensive constructions. The first object for studying by journalists was the shelter of JSC “Kazan Engine Building Production Association”. This defensive construction is rightfully considered among the best from similar ones on the republic’s territory. 2,130 people can comfortably place in this spacious ferroconcrete “anthill”.
