Incidents as of March 15:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 36 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1, vehicles – 1, garden houses – 1. 1 person died. 2 people were saved.

On March 15, 2017 at 5.52 P.M., there was received report about a fire in “Torgovaya Sloboda” Shopping Pavilion in the city of Kazan. On the arrival of the first fire department there was burning inside the shopping pavilion. The fire on the area of 20 sq. meters was localized at 6.16 P.M. At 6.18 P.M. the open fire was eliminated. There are no dead and injured. The fire’s cause is being ascertained.

On March 14, a live broadcast with the Main State Inspector on Small Vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yuri Venediktov, and the Chairman of “OSVOD RT” public organization, Aleksandr Korobitsin, was on “Efir” TV channel in “Tema” program. The program guests answered questions of the presenter and viewers, concerning incidents on the spring ice of water bodies and safe behavior rules.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 12, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, including residential sector – 1, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1, vehicles – 2. 1 person died. 2 people were injured.

Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 9, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires, including residential sector – 1, outhouses – 3, various types of property – 1.

On March 9, 2017, there was a live broadcast with the manager of the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “112 Emergency Calls Service”, Olga Lozovaya, on “Efir-Tatarsan24” channel in the “Actual Talk” telecast. There was discussion of questions of 112 service operation in the republic. Olga Lozovaya answered several questions of the anchorman during the cast.

On March 10, a delegation of representatives of the Ministry of Public Adminitration, Information Technologies and Communication of Moscow Oblast, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for Moscow Oblast and the state budgetary institution of Moscow Oblast “The Center of Emergency Calls Service-112” visited the Republic of Tatarstan to share experience in the field and development of the system providing calls of emergency services by the single number of 112. Features of functioning the 112-system in the Republic of Tatarstan and Moscow Oblast were discussed.

Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2.

Incidents as of March 10:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 37 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 19, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1.

Despite general decreasing of fires from the beginning of the year, inspectors of state fire supervision note the increasing number of fires and deaths of people in them over the last two months. In order to stabilize the situation with fires and death in them, inspectors conduct a complex work. There was organized the work of 155 preventive groups and close cooperation with the media on explaining fire safety requirements to the population.
