Today, there was a forum which was dedicated to public listening of law enforcement practice. It was attended by the main advisor of activity provision department authorized by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in entrepreneur rights protection, Venera Kamalova, the Deputy Chief of State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Shaydullin, representatives of public organizations, management organizations, small and medium business, as well as in video conference mode chiefs of territorial departments of supervision and preventive work and representatives of business communities of municipal units.

The Office of Supervision and Preventive Work organized and implements a complex of supervisory and preventive activities directed to fire safety provision of the objects involved in celebrative events dedicated to the orthodox holiday of Easter. Total of 335 objects of Russian orthodox church registered on the territory of the republic. The duty of 103 employees of federal fire supervision planned on objects of holiday events.

Including garbage extinguishing – 10, false alarms – 22, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 43. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 2 fires, including residential sector – 1, outhouses – 1.

Including garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 34. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 3, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1, various types of property – 2.

Management bodies, forces and means of HQ EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan are ready to provide safety to participants and guests of the coming sport events. For conducting Confederations Cup in the city of Kazan during the period from June 17 to July 2 of the present year, 113 objects accredited, including 4 sport objects, 90 accommodation objects, 15 transport infrastructure objects and 4 auxiliary objects. The arrival of more than 500 sportsmen, 1,350 media representatives and 100 thousand fans and guests is expected. The drills’ aim is to work off cooperation, coherence of actions between all concerned ministries and departments.

Today, combat review on changing to summer clothes took place in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Officers of the Headquarters and the staff of Kazan garrison lined up on the parade ground near the Crisis Management Center building. The review was held by the Deputy Chief of the Headquarters, Colonel Andrey Orlov. There was held an observation of the outfit, documents of the leading stuff of the Headquarters.

On April 11, 2017 at 8.15 AM, a house burned in the village of Nizhny Uslon, Verkhny Uslon District. When the fire covered the roof of the wooden house, the Chairman of Nizhny Uslon rural settlement, who is also the head of ‘Nizhny Uslon’ voluntary fire crew, Aydar Shaydullin, saw the flame from the window of the Village Council. Without hesitation he rushed into the burning house, because he knew that there lives a lonely old man, who sees and hears badly. Until fire departments arrived he took out the man to safe place. The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan solicits the EMERCOM of Russia leadership for awarding Aydar Shaydullin with the medal ‘For Courage in Fire’.

For April 11, 2017 two task forces operation is planned for monitoring flooding situation in Buinsk and Alekseevsk Districts. As a result of abundant snow melting the Sviyaga river’s water level raised on the Buinsk District territory, 2 low-water bridges flooded near the settlements of Kiyat and Cherki-Kildurazy. The overflow height over the bridges is 40 cm. Traffic over the given bridges is temporarily prohibited.
