Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 47 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 12, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 16, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 4, outhouses – 1.
As of 8.00 PM, electric supply of all consumers has been restored in full. The international airport "Kazan" works in a regular mode, 7 flights are still detained. The situation on the roads is stable, and under control. There are no traffic jams.
From 4.30 PM the "Kazan" international airport works in a regular mode. As of 6.00 PM, the power supply was restored completely. The work of 2 ice passages was interrupted.
The incident happened in a ravine in the village of Danaurovka, Chistopol District.After school four children were walking along the ravine. At some point, one of the students stumbled and began to fall down to the bottom of the ravine. The snow shaft rolled behind him and the boy was covered with snow.

There is no damage to the environment (including emissions of any chemical hazardous substances).

To 12.00 AM February 2018 there was electricity supply disconnection of 37 settlements with the population of 6,365 people.
A task force of Kukmara fire and rescue garrison departed to the scene. Evacuation of patients is out of plan. There was organized repair work.

To 10.00 AM on February 2018, there was a power outage in 72 settlements with the population of 15,804 people in 11 municipalities. For cleaning of roads of federal and republican significance there were attracted 761 units of snowplows, including 230 can be used to tow, and 36 trawls are in readiness.
