They found out who is better, faster and most competently able to carry out rescue works at liquidation of consequences of traffic accident in the course of competitions among units of the 8th squad of the Federal Fire Service. The current competitions featured 13 teams, not only from Zelenodolsk, but also from the neighboring areas. The team the fire and rescue department No. 53 won for the eighth time in a row.

State inspectors for small vessels on the river Volga in Kirov District, Kazan on the area of the 'Vodozabor' garden association detected a gully with the area of 15 sq. meters. There was revealed the alleged release of waste water, a metal pipe with a diameter of 0.8 – 1 meters  at the center of the gully. This section of the river poses a potential danger to the health and life of people.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 4 fires: residential sector – 1.

This change in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation was found out today during a public discussion of the review of the results of generalization and analysis of law enforcement practice of entrepreneurs of the republic. The meeting was opened by the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan on fire supervision, Sergey Sergeev.

On February 8, there was held a meeting within the preparation for the World Football Championship. The First Deputy Head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of Internal Service, Tahir Karimullin chaired the meeting. According to possible risks at sports venues of the 2018 World Cup there is a high probability of emergency situations and accidents associated with the passage of the complexes of meteorological phenomena, occurrence of local fires, group violations of law.

Including garbage extinguishing – 0, false alarms – 9, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: outhouses – 2, saunas – 1, apartment buildings – 1.

The main causes of fires in the residential sector over this period were: violation of heating equipment installation and usage rules – 34,6%, careless usage of fire – 30%, violation of electric equipment and household appliances installation and usage rules – 30%, violation of gas appliances installation and usage rules — 0.90%, childish prank with fire – 0,45%.

All three ice passages on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, resumed work in normal mode, after removing consequences of the heavy snowfall. Today the ice track on Arakchino – Verkhny Uslon route is open for traffic. The movement from one coast of Volga to another is permitted for vehicles with a permissible mass up to 3.5 tonnes.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector – 3, saunas – 3, vehicles – 1. 2 persons died.

From 10.00 AM on February 6, the work of the ice passage in Zelenodolsk Municipal District on the route Zelenodolsk — Nizhnie Viazovye for motor vehicles with a permissible mass up to 3.5 tons resumed.
