During the monitoring of the flood situation, there was identified partial erosion of the ground by water near the water pipe of the dam, on which the road passes. There is a risk of partial destruction of the road section. To prevent the destruction of the dam and the violation of the integrity of the road, the traffic of lorries was blocked. A post of traffic police was deployed. In case of the worst development of the situation there is a possibility of flooding of yards in the settlement of Kugarchino.

On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan 14 household plots in 2 settlements remain flooded. In five municipal districts 5 low bridges and 1 section of dirt road are flooded.

Today, within the third final stage of the all-Russian command and staff drill, employees of Vysokaya Gora unit of the territorial subsystem of RSChS worked out practical actions on liquidation of emergency situations caused by natural fires. The drill involved forces and means of the Vysokaya Gora fire and rescue garrison, medics, police, transport employees, as well as the personnel of the airmobile group of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

This restriction is introduced to ensure the safety of people's lives during the FIFA World Cup 2018. The ban on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, recreational, sports vessels, including jet skis, kayaks, rowing boats on the sites of the Kazanka will be established in certain periods from June 16 to July 15, 2018.

The beginning of this action was a solemn meeting organized on April 17, 2018. In this warm, friendly meeting of veterans with young colleagues there was feeling of continuity of generations, interest in fates of those who stood at the origins of the creation of our squad. The celebration smoothly moved from the hall to a cozy cafe; there were more opportunities for close communication between people who worked in the fire service side by side for many years.

Incidents as of April 18:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 102 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 17, dry grass – 4, false alarms – 57, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: apartment buildings – 2, private houses – 2, garages – 1, saunas – 1, other buildings and constructions – 2, abandoned buildings (constructions) – 1. 1 person died.

Veterans of the fire service were invited to fire and rescue departments, where they performed their duty with honor and dignity.  Excursions were organized for them, during which they were able to get acquainted with the modern, newly adopted fire and rescue equipment.  In the solemn atmosphere the veterans were awarded with medals of '100 years of Soviet fire service".

Today, within the second stage of all-Russian command and staff drill, Zelenodolsk employees of the territorial subsystem of RSChS worked out practical actions on liquidation of emergency situations caused by the spring overflowing. The drill involved forces and means of the municipal unit of the city of Zelenodolsk, medics and the police, as well as the personnel of the airmobile group of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for RT.

On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan 14 household plots in 2 settlements remain flooded. In five municipal districts 5 low bridges and 1 section of dirt road are flooded. 2 low bridges over the Sviyaga are still filled with water.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: apartment buildings – 1, private houses – 1, outhouses – 3, vehicles – 1. 1 person died.
