Incidents as of August 21:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 15, short circuit – 1, meal burning – 9, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 3, bathhouses – 3.

Incidents as of August 20:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 46 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 13, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1.

On August 18, at a republican meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, reported on the provision of safety on the water. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, held the meeting in a videoconference mode with all regions. Since the beginning of the year, 68 people have died on water bodies of the republic, 64 people died last year. The main causes of death are bathing in unequipped places and in a state of intoxication. It is planned to additionally create 48 beaches, today there are 33 operating ones. 

On August 21, 2018, in 45 municipal districts, at 898 religious sites festive events dedicated to the religious holiday 'Kurban Bayram' will be held. To monitor fire safety and compliance with the fire fighting regime, 898 people are on duty at the festive events.

This week, EMERCOM, police, rospotrebnadzor employees traveled all educational institutions of Zelenodolsk district. This year, 17 million rubles have been allocated from the local budget for the implementation of fire prevention measures in educational institutions. In schools and kindergartens, a huge work was done to align evacuation routes, fire automatics systems, repair of cabinets, gyms, food blocks and roofs of buildings of educational institutions.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 40 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 14, false alarms – 0, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 11, other – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 1, bathhouses – 1, vehicles – 1, other objects – 3.

Among participants – the large enterprises and the organizations of the republic of different forms of ownership under which authority ZS GO are. We will note that shelters of a similar class are intended for placement of the working changes of the enterprises continuing the work in wartime in the cities, and population bulk in case of danger will be beforehand evacuated in a country zone. The commission as a part of specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan investigates a condition of shelters, at assessment measures for control and the maintenance of ZS GO, compliance to service regulations, their contents and use are considered. For assessment of objects the commission is guided by such criteria as safety and maintenance in readiness of the available fund, readiness for reception covered and observance of service regulations of a construction and the equipment.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1. One person injured.

Causes: violation of electric equipment design and usage rules – 3, incautious fire usage – 1, other causes – 1.

Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 3 times.

Departures of voluntary fire protection units on firefighting – 1.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 6 times. Including car accident – 2, other – 2. Preventive works – 13.

The  management of  supervising activity and scheduled maintenance of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan has carried out public discussion of the review of results of the generalization and the analysis of law-enforcement practice developed within implementation of subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of article 8.2 of the Federal law from 12/28/2008 years No. 294-FL "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" today.

For rendering the practical help in the solution of questions of safety on water Zelenodolsk was visited by the working group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan which was headed by the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the republic Nikolay Surzhko. The Kazan experts that is called directly "on the earth" have discussed problematic issues which heads of different services and departments face on places. The staff of local rescue and fire fighting garrison, GIMS, Management for civil defense and emergency, the management of Executive committee of the Zelenodolsk district, the head of rural settlements in whose territory large water areas are located have participated in a joint meeting.
