In the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia on RT public discussion of the review of results of generalization and the analysis of law-enforcement practice has taken place

The  management of  supervising activity and scheduled maintenance of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan has carried out public discussion of the review of results of the generalization and the analysis of law-enforcement practice developed within implementation of subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of article 8.2 of the Federal law from 12/28/2008 years No. 294-FL "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" today.
