Today the Chief state small size vessels inspector of RT Yury Venediktov has once again reminded of it during the briefing for journalists devoted to safety on water in the period of a swimming season.

According to the chief of GIMS, since the beginning of a swimming season on reservoirs of the Republic of Tatarstan 58 people, including 4 children have lost life already. 20 people managed to be saved. Indicators of the same period of last year – 38 dead, among them two children and 30 saved.

On August 7 to Crisis Management Centre of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia on RT from Federal State Budgetary Institution Management on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan storm warning about a complex of the meteorological phenomena in the territory of RT of the following contents has arrived: "At night and in the afternoon on August 8, 2018 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan thunderstorms, a heavy rain, a hail, strong wind rushes up to 17 m/s in places are expected, at a thunderstorm locally up to 19-24 m/s".

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 7 times. Including searching works on water  – 2, searching works – 1, door unlocking – 1, other – 1. Preventive works – 15.

Already several days phones of administrators of Broadcasting Company and other private firms attack male voices and are presented by deputy chief of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in Tatarstan.

For the last five years the number of fires and emergency situations at schools has decreased by 20%. At the same time death of children isn't allowed.

Rustam Minnikhanov has informed the federal minister that during the FIFA World Cup in Kazan forces of Emercom of Russia have taken part in safety of more than 50 actions connected with preparation and holding a tournament, including the matches which have taken place at Kazan Arena stadium and trainings of teams. The FIFA World Cup has taken place in Kazan with participation more than 1 million fans from whom 75 thousand - foreign citizens.
