Track and field cross-country competitions were held in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the Sports Contest of the EMERCOM of Russia. Teams from 14 Main Departments of the EMERCOM of Russia in the subjects of the Volga Federal District competed for the victory.

The airmobile group of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan left Kazan today and went to the Republic of Mordovia to strengthen the grouping of the EMERCOM of Russia, which is fighting fire on the territory of the Mordovian State Nature Reserve.
