These words were uttered today by the head of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin during the ceremony of honorary retirement of the leading specialist of civil defense of the department of implementation of powers in the field of civil defense of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Mazitovich Gareev.
Nail Mazitovich served in the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan since April 1994. And before serving in the emergency department, he served for more than 31 years in the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation, and then in the civil defense forces of the EMERCOM of Russia.
After that, a ceremony was held honoring the honored veteran of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
