The head of the EMERCOM of Russia, Yevgeny Zinichev, tragically died saving a person while performing his official duty on September 8, 2021 in Norilsk during an interdepartmental exercise to protect the Arctic zone from emergencies.

On the basis of the training ground of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan, competitions of voluntary fire formations of labor collectives of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim were held. The plants and departments of the joint-stock company were represented by 17 teams.

Accidents on September 7:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 35 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 6 fires.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 39 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 10 fires.

Fire departments carried out rescue operations and eliminated consequences of road accidents – 2 times.

The divisions of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan continue to ensure the security of the First Games of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2021 in the city of Kazan.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 39 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 9 fires.

Units of VFP departed on firefighting – 3 times.

The First Games of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held in Kazan from September 4 to 11, 2021, and the International Sports Forum "Russia - a sports power" will be held from September 8 to 10. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia participate in ensuring the safety of these events.

Since September 1, 2021, the acceptance of applications for the competition for the provision of grants in the form of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non – profit organizations implementing socially significant projects has started.
