Congratulations on Civil Defense Day!

For 89 years, civil defense has gone a long way in its formation and development. It made a special contribution to the protection of the population during the Great Patriotic War. On it account are hundreds of thousands of eliminated fires, the consequences of bombing, thousands of kilometers of restored railway tracks.

Today, civil defense plays an important role in ensuring the national security and well-being of our country, protecting the population, industrial and social facilities from emergencies, man-made accidents and disasters.
