Accidents on October 28:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 36 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 13 fires.

In Zelenodolsk district, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, together with the workers of the RVFS, began checking the availability and condition of autonomous fire detectors installed earlier in the places of residence of large families, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the disabled, single, elderly citizens.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 30 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 8 fires.

Units of VFP departed on firefighting – 3 times.

Fifty of the best commanders of the detachments of the Federal Fire Service units in the Republic of Tatarstan gathered in Kazan today to show their professional skills and participate in the final stage of the republican competition for the title of "The best commander of the FFS department in the Republic of Tatarstan". The competition will be held for two days.

From October 22 to October 23, 2021, the Kazan zonal stage of the IX annual open Republican television festival of creativity of working youth «Our time – Безнен заман» was held in the concert hall of the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism. This year the festival is held under the auspices of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Units of VFP departed on firefighting – 4 times.

In total, 93 people (including 18 children) were evacuated from their homes in Naberezhnye Chelny for safety reasons.
23 evacuated people from 11 entrances (including 1 child) are accommodated in the PVR (Open City Hotel), provided with hot meals. The remaining 70 evacuated people were placed in 4 buses for heating.

On October 25, information was received about an explosion of a gas-air mixture in an apartment on the 4th floor of a five-storey panel house in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan str., house 25/117.
Fire and rescue units arrived at the scene, according to external signs, the ceilings between the 4th and 5th floors were damaged.
