According to the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan" from 18h. November 30 to 18h. December 1, 2021 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan are expected:
- at night there is a strong wind in places with gusts of 16-21 m/s;
- there is heavy ice on some sections of roads at night and during the day.
