The saved life is at the head of everything. This is why we work, work, train dogs, spend a lot of time preparing them, - this was the answer of the best dog handler of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia at the end of 2021, Svyatoslav Yakovlev, a rescuer of the 2nd class of the Kazan Search and Rescue squad.
The 32-year-old winner of the All-Russian festival of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia "Constellation of Courage" has something to tell about himself, about his workmates and about his pets. Including thanks to which, he managed to deservedly achieve such an honorary title.
During his work in the Kazan SRU since 2015, he has made more than 250 exits to eliminate various emergencies and accidents. He has repeatedly participated as part of the cynological calculation with a service dog in the effective search for missing people in the natural and man-made environment and in competitions of cynological calculations of various levels. He has repeatedly been a prize-winner. Regularly provides assistance within the framework of interdepartmental cooperation.
Yakovlev Svyatoslav Romanovich conducts purposeful work on the development of the search dog service, is engaged in the training of service dogs and dogs of volunteer rescuers.
