“The Moscow market” has undergone to inspection check today by employees of the State fire supervision of Kazan and regional Office of Public Prosecutor. Firemen were attracted by counters only with New Year's toys where among a tinsel and artificial fur-trees pyrotechnic products which is forbidden could be also on sale. However this day in “the Moscow market” inspectors of the State fire supervision have not found any petard, probably, they have been well hidden under a floor or under a New Year's tinsel.

Not to notice inspectors of fire supervision in the market it was impossible this day. Involuntary eyewitnesses of inspection spot-check cried out after checking that only yesterday bought in the market pyrotechnics, and today already it has disappeared from counters. Inspectors of the SFS have checked up almost each point in the market, selling the New Year's toys, but the forbidden goods have not revealed.

- You are on sale pyrotechnic products? - Inspectors of the State fire supervision asked sellers.

In the answer heard one phrase: «we never traded in Pyrotechnics, we know the laws. It is impossible. We do not want repetition of the Perm tragedy». However, it was difficult to believe to sellers, looking at their «fair eyes», that there were no pyrotechnics at them. So that’s means the private businessman who has bought pyrotechnic production, remains at a loss.

Certainly, after all now under the Federal law 294 about removal of administrative barriers to small and middle business about the check of employees of the State fire supervision businessmen should be warned in advance, three days before. For three days it is possible to liquidate not only forbidden production, but also all market.

- Now we spend inspection checks of objects of small and middle business at presence or with the permission of Office of Public Prosecutor. Such spot-checks on revealing of places of not authorized sale of pyrotechnic products before New year we spend annually, - the deputy chief of department of the State fire supervision of the Moscow district of Kazan Rustem Hafizov has noted. – We check the markets because here under fire prevention rules sale of pyrotechnic production is forbidden. Also here storage conditions are broken. The market is an object with mass stay of people where can happen a mass tragedy.

Besides, employees of the SFS check shops and specialized pavilions. It is literally the day before inspectors of the SFS department of the Moscow district together with representatives of the Office of Public Prosecutor have been checked up 13 objects which are engaged in sale of pyrotechnic production, and in one of grocery supermarkets it was possible to detain the man selling pyrotechnic products from a portable counter directly near an exit from the shop. Firemen have written out to the enterprising seller the 1000 roubles penalty, because he traded in not equipped place and blocked a free exit from shop which also is considered as evacuation exit.
