GIMS Inspectors Rescued Fishermen Lost on Ice

Tens of fishermen have become hostages to the vagaries of weather. The reports on the loss of bearings were received during the day a few times from various areas of the Kuybyshev Reservoir expanses. The number “112” received total 3 reports on the loss of bearings due to poor visibility.

On January 11 employees of State Inspection for Small Vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with freelance GIMS inspectors and rescuers of Search and Rescue Service attached to EMERCOM of RT held 7 patrols on water objects. Total 14 GIMS inspectors, 10 units of techniques were involved. According to the results of the patrol, there was held 85 talks with 234 fishermen.
