Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 72 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 12 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector. 1 person was saved.

Causes are: careless handling of fire – 2, carelessness when smoking – 2, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 6, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, carelessness when cooking – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 22 times.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 9 times. Including: taking dog out of well – 1, taking a man out of well – 1, taking a man’s corpse out of lift shaft – 1, traffic accident – 1, preventive activities – 4.

Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for RT warn:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
