Search for the Second Victim on the Site of the Destroyed Building Continues

By the joint forces of rescuers of Kazan Search and Rescue Squad, Zonal Search and Rescue Squad number 2 attached to EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan and Department of Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan piling the rubble, in order to find the second victim on the place of the destroyed brick building in the size of 5х20 meters on the territory of the “Tekhgazservis” enterprise in Kazan, where was an oxygen cylinder explosion, continues.

Searching operations were headed by the Chief of Search and Rescue Service attached to EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilham Nasibullin. Also, there were working representatives of Investigative Committee, police, FSB, physicians. Total forces attracted to the liquidation of the accident: 82 people and 22 units of techniques, including from EMERCOM – 59 people and 15 units of techniques.
