Heads of Municipal Districts Practiced in EMERCOM

Heads of municipal districts and municipalities of Tatarstan were the participants of a seminar dedicated to issues of implementation of primary measures of fire safety in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan that was held in Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

The seminar for distinguished guests composed of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical one, the heads were informed about main regulations of implementation of primary measures of fire safety in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, organization and development of voluntary fire protection, order of attraction of forces and means of State Inspection for Small Vessels during emergency situations and accidents on water objects. In conclusion of the theoretical part, leaders of cities and districts were told about main directions of development of civil defense system at the present stage.

In the practical part of the seminar, the attention of heads municipalities was switched to acquaintance with opportunities of operational duty shift of Crisis Management Center, mobile complex of informing and alerting the population, mobile control station of Commission for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and Fire Safety Provision of the Republic of Tatarstan, mobile control complex of highly maneuverable fire-rescue forces and other techniques.
