Employees of Supervisory Activities Remind Children About Fire Safety Rules

This year, childish prank with fire have become the cause of a few fires in the republic, in which six children got fatal carbon monoxide poisoning. Last year, there were 46 fires because of childish prank with fire; 12 children died in them, 22 ones got injured. Winter holidays of children are to come. In this regard, employees of supervisory activities hold lessons in schools, and make reports at parent-teacher conferences in preschool institutions.

Now, employees of supervisory activities of Mendeleevsky District systematically tell children about safe behavior rules in educational institutions.

— Many of children do not know basic rules of behavior during a fire to survive, — said the inspector of supervisory activities of Mendeleevsky District, Evgeniy Nagornykh. — They do not try to escape even when the door is not locked. On the contrary, they hide in secret places, so it is not easy to find them in smoky rooms.
