Firefighters of Zelenodolsky District Inspect Residential Houses of Nurlaty Village

Firefighters of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan and the department of supervision for Zelenodolsky District conduct preventive raids across residential houses of the village of Nurlaty in cooperation with representatives of local government, police and social service. Five fires, three of them ended with deaths, and five people died in fire – this is the statistics of the people of Nurlaty village of Zelenodolsky Municipal District.

There was composed a list of families which must be visited primarily – these are families having many children, unfortunate families, single people and the elderly. At the second attempt, they inspected so-called houses of high-level fire danger – old timbered buildings, houses with furnace heating.

— There are more than nine hundred residential houses in Nurlaty, 98 of them were included into “priority lists” of fire safety inspections, — explained Head of Nurlaty village, Ilgiz Bagautdinov.

— During inspections, remarks that can be corrected on the spot, we liquidate immediately, — explained Deputy Chief of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Zagrutdinov.
