“The Best State Inspector of GIMS” Contest Was Resumed in EMERCOM of Tatarstan. State Inspector of Zelenodolsky Detachment, Konstantin Nikonov, Won It

Konstantin Nikonov has been familiar with the high water long ago. He grew up in Vasilievo. When he graduated Vasilievsky school number 2, he entered navigation faculty of Kazan River College. After the college, he entered Academy of Water Transport. And two years later he was drafted into the army. When he was back home, young sailor found work in State Small Vessels Inspectorate Center in the city of Kazan. In 2013, Konstantin Nikonov moved to Zelenodolsk Inspectorate of GIMS. Now, his duties include registration of boats, their removal from the register, certification of drivers.
